The website www.luggagedrop.gr is the site of the company Luggage Drop (hereinafter: the “Company”). The personal data that you provide to us during your browsing of our website or by subscribing as a user of our services are subject to processing and they will be stored under the responsibility of Company according to the provisions of this Policy.

5. Do we process minor’s Data?

In general, we do not process Data concerning minors. If we detect that we have collected Data concerning a minor without any legal basis for it, we will immediately delete such Data. In any case, the provisions of chapters 6 and 7 of this Privacy Policy apply also to minors.

Generally, recipients of your Data are the necessary in any case personnel of the Company who have received the appropriate information for the secure processing of your Personal Data.

10. Do we transfer your Data outside the European Union/European Economic Area?

We do not transfer your Data outside Greece. Your Personal Data are stored and processed only in Greece.

11. When do we delete your Data?

We delete the Data which you have provided in the user account or/and the contact form within a period of 25 years starting from the data submission. Any Personal Data retained in the security logs of our server for information security purposes (e.g. IP) are deleted within 1 month. We delete the Data collected by Cookies in accordance with the Cookies Policy.

12. Are your Data safe?

We are committed to safeguarding your Personal Data. We have taken appropriate organizational and technical measures to secure and protect your Data from any form of accidental or improper processing. These measures shall be reviewed and amended when necessary.

You have the right to access your Personal Data. This means you have the right to be informed by us whether we process your Data. You have the right to Data portability. You can request us to receive in a machine-readable format the Data that you have provided us or request from us to transfer these to another data controller in case the processing is based on your consent or it is necessary for the execution of a contract concluded by us.

You have the right to restrict processing. You can request us to restrict the processing of your Data for as long as your objections regarding the processing is under examination or if part of the processing is no longer required to fulfill the data collection purposes.

You have the right to object to the processing of your Data. You can object to the processing of your Data in case we process these upon the lawful basis of our legitimate interest. In that case, we shall no longer process your Data unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds for the processing which override your right.

Right to withdraw your consent. In case where the processing of your Data for a specific purpose is based on your previous consent to the processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent and as a result the processing will not continue in the future.

14. How can you exercise your rights?

15. When do we respond to your requests?

We respond to your requests free of any charge, without delay, and in any case within (1) one month from receiving your request. However, if your Request is complex or there is a large number of Requests, we will inform you within the month if we need an extension of another two (2) months within which we will respond to you. If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, the Company/Organization may impose a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or carrying out the requested action or refusing to proceed with the Request.

16. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
