Using a Luggage Locker at Luggage Drop

To use your luggage locker at our Veikou Street location, follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the Lockers: Find and select the available locker that suits your needs.
2. Choose a Locker: Select an available locker number.
3. Set a PIN: Create a unique PIN for locker access.
4. Payment: Pay immediately using any debit or credit card, including contactless options.
5. Secure Your Items: Place your luggage inside the locker and ensure the door is securely locked. The door indicator will turn red once locked.
6. Enjoy Athens: Explore the city knowing your belongings are safe.
7. Return Anytime: Come back to retrieve your items whenever you need.
 

Yes, you can access your locker as often as needed. Use the terminal to enter your locker details and PIN, and choose to continue using the locker. Always ensure the door is securely closed after each use. If left open for over 15 minutes, the locker will reset and may be assigned to another user.

Our fees cover your reserved period. If you exceed this time, you’ll need to pay for the additional use before the locker can be opened again. You can then continue to use the locker for the rest of the new rental period.

Our system is fully automated, and any extension beyond your booked time, even by minutes, requires additional payment.

Absolutely, but please specify when booking if you need the locker for more than three days, up to a maximum of ten days. Failure to do so may lead to your items being removed after the third day.

Removed items are stored for one month. If unclaimed, they may be disposed of. To retrieve your belongings, contact us to schedule a pick-up, subject to a EUR 50 administration and storage fee plus rental costs.

Your luggage is extremely secure with us! Our lockers are designed to be theft-proof, housed within a secured facility that's locked outside of operational hours. Access to each locker is controlled by a unique PIN that only you know. We ensure your safety with a dedicated concierge available during business hours and round-the-clock video surveillance. In any suspicious situation, we will not hesitate to contact the police.

To maximize security, always keep an eye on your belongings, ensure your bags are zipped up and never leave them unattended. Make sure to securely close your locker after storing your items, ensuring the door indicator shows that it is properly locked.

While our facilities are designed to be very secure, we cannot offer insurance for stored items. We recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance to cover your belongings during your travels.

In the unlikely event of theft, report it to us immediately. We will promptly review surveillance footage and inspect lockers for any signs of tampering, and assist in providing all necessary evidence to the police for their investigation.
